"Wildflower" is one of Australia's longest standing
miniature horse studs.
With over twenty five years combined experience in the
miniature horse industry, our breeding establishment has
selectively produced many of the highest performing &
most outstanding show horses in Australian history.
The
establishment is owned & operated by Kay Burke &
Luke Perrin. Both Kay & Luke are internationally accredited
and respected miniature horses judges who have dedicated
their life to not only breeding world class miniature
horses but also to improving the breed & setting standards
within the industry that are hard to follow.
Our
dedication to the improvement of the breed & producing
the highest performing miniature horses in the country
has resulted in "Wildflower" being globally
recognised as Australia's leading breeder of State, National
& International Supreme and Grand Champion miniature
horses that have set the benchmark for our breed not only
within Australia but also on an International scale.
We breed approximately 15 to 20 foals each year, most
of which are offered for sale & follow on for their
new owners becoming State & National Supreme Champion
show winners & Australian Grand Champion show horses.
Wildflower horses can be viewed at every National Championship
show as well as VIC,NSW & QLD State Championships
& State foal futurities.

our all time favourite mares and Reserve National Champion
"Wildflower One Night Stand", making this filly
7/8 USA bred. This filly has truly defied the odd's. She
survived a 6 week battle with the worst case of foal choke
I have seen and has now bounced back as a yearling; attending
her first show where she cleaned house with the competition.
This outstandinding junior mare has all the qualities
we strive to breed..An exotic head, refined bone, tightness
of barrel & that level topline that is rarely seen
in miniatures. She is also a paternal sibling to 4 National
Grand Champions, 5 National Champions, 2 State Supreme
Champions & the 2011 National Supreme Of Supreme's
"Wildflower Destiny's Amir".
This beautiful girl will be out showing on the 2011/12
Wildflower Showstring.
